How the figures work
Prices come from each pub's or bar's own website, PDF menu or drinks page, read by hand on 4 November 2026, and from our menu reader, which checks every price word for word against the page. We count a price as a pint when the menu says it's a pint (here, half a litre, as Bulgaria pours it), and it's between €2 and €12. Halves, thirds, bottles, cans, jugs, "from" prices, offers and alcohol-free pints are shown on each pub's page but not counted.
A pub's typical pint is the middle of its counted pints. Borovets's typical pint is the middle of those. Offers and happy hours are listed separately and never applied to a price.
Pubs that publish prices aren't a fair sample: big chains and city-centre bars publish more than community locals. Take these as the published prices, not every pint in Borovets.
